Butter castella rusk

Castella is Japanese sponge cake without shortening with honey. I really love castella! This 'butter castella rusk' is the castella which let butter soak into it and baked.

The castella is originally moistened, but it becomes the mild texture that was crispy by baking it. I love this crispy feeling too.

It tastes of egg and honey, granulated sugar. It was very delicious.
