It is japanese sweets using powdered green tea to from Uji (Kyoto) , pudding, white bean jam, whip. It is the dessert which is slightly refreshing like a mousse. Powdered green tea has unique bitterness, but this dessert is not bitter in the same way as green tea ice cream.
